Barnett Street

For a new home in Golden Beach, we were tasked with a comprehensive landscape design and build, transforming the front, back, and sides of the property into a cohesive outdoor oasis. The project involved concreting the pool surrounds, constructing a pool house, rear stairs, and a set of floating concrete steps. Every concrete surface was meticulously tiled with natural stone, which was also featured on the home's front facade, raised garden bed, internal fireplace, and pool feature wall.

A standout element of the design was the corten steel fencing, arranged as 'soldier posts' to create a striking street presence. This was complemented by a carefully curated selection of native plants and trees, highlighted by a feature Queensland Bottle Tree at the centre of the lawn, adding to the home’s distinctive landscape aesthetic.

Specific scope of work included:

Full Landscape Design and Build:

• Comprehensive landscaping for the front, back, and sides of the property.

Pool Surrounds and Concrete Work:

• Concreted the pool surrounds, pool house area, rear stairs, and floating concrete steps.

• Tiled all concrete surfaces with natural stone for a refined finish.

Stone Features:

• Integrated natural stone into the front facade, raised garden bed, internal fireplace, and pool feature wall.

Fencing:

• Installed Corten steel fencing in a 'soldier posts' arrangement, enhancing street appeal.

Planting and Greenery:

• Selected and planted native plants and trees throughout the landscape.

• Featured a prominent Queensland Bottle tree in the centre of the lawn for added visual impact.
